Jim Boulette

About Me

Jim Boulette has been a resident of  North Brookfield, Massachussetts, since 1984.   He is married with children and grandchildren.   He has had a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License since 1983 and has built approximately forty homes in Masschusetts.

Jim started working with Land Planning Inc. in 2002.  During the past nine years Jim has advanced from rodman, to transit-man, to become the  party-chief of our land surveying crew.  He has become very proficient at conducting deed and plan  research, reconning for existing property line monuments, conducting retracement land surveys, surveying property lines, flood certificate surveys, topographical surveys,  marking missing lot corners, finding and surveying existing conditions, and  staking out and marking the proposed location and grades for roads, buildings, septic systems and parking lots.
