Dunkin Donuts Rutland, MA

We have designed many Dunkin Donut sites throughout New England.  This is a picture of the site in Rutland, Massachusetts.  It was designed to blend in with Rutland’s rural, colonial setting.

This site was a challenge as it had limited space for parking, a drive through, and a storm water management system. We were able to overcome these design challenges and get the project approved without compromising the layout our client envisioned.
